Safely there and a Blue Moon too.

Teetering on the edge of the new year is always something I look forward to way more than Christmas. A chance to see newness and leave the past behind.
Renewal, freshness, possibility and change are all words that open my mind which is much needed in the middle of winter.

As we left the house at 11pm to set off on our yearly journey to see the new year in we had a wonderful view of the second full moon of December. What do you think happened once in this blue moon?

I can recommend a programme I heard on Radio 4 this week about a woman who was living outdoors between the two full moons this month. You can catch it here for at least a week from now.
